Navarro Aviation Consulting & Engineering (NACE) with NIF B85948024 is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the contact form. The main purpose for which the personal data that users provide to NACE is collected is to respond to the queries that they may send through the form on the website. For this, NACE requests from the user certain personal data, such as their name, email and contact telephone number through the mandatory fields of the form, so that failure to provide them may lead to the impossibility of NACE being able to respond to the query raised by the user.

The legal basis that legitimizes NACE to process the data provided by the user is the explicit consent, through the sending of the form.

The personal data provided will be kept insofar as they are necessary to manage the communications related to the queries raised by the users and as long as the rights of suppression, cancellation or limitation of treatment are not exercised.

In the event of the exercise of any of these rights, NACE may keep the data duly blocked, without making use of them, insofar as they may be necessary for the exercise of its right of defense against potential claims or in the event that they may arise legal or judicial responsibilities that should be taken care of and for which their recovery may be necessary.

NACE is the sole recipient of the data collected from users, without prejudice to the fact that said data may be transferred to the competent authorities when required to do so in accordance with current legislation.

In compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, you are informed that they will not be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other means of instant messaging, communications advertising that have not been authorized or requested by users, unless they have expressly authorized their delivery.

NACE is the only recipient (nationally and internationally) of the data collected from users, without prejudice to the fact that said data may be transferred to the competent authorities when required to do so in accordance with current legislation.

You are informed that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability, as well as withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the treatment previously carried out), at the following email address: contact@nace.aero stating the right you wish to exercise and accompanying a scanned copy of your ID or equivalent document valid in law to prove your identity. In the event that a satisfactory response is not obtained, the user may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency in order to obtain additional information or file a claim (www.aepd.es).

We will respond to your requests as soon as possible and, in any case, within one month of receiving your request. This period may be extended for another two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The person in charge will inform the interested party of the extension within the first month from the request.

NACE has the technical and organizational measures to avoid the alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access to the data.

NACE reserves the right to modify the Policy in accordance with the applicable legislation at any time.
